Record and manage service calls at the OEM side. As a part of CSP all calls are recorded, tracked, classified and auto-attached to the individual equipment file.

NON-CONFORMITY REPORTS

The NCR Addon assists OEMs to miantain quality by tracking all non-conformities. NCR also covers Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions roadmap.

FIELD SERVICE SYSTEM

This system serves the on-field engineers providing access to various technical information and on-line forms.
Offers real-time on-line form filing, electronic signatures. Designed for tablets or other mobile equipment. Provides real-time link to the office with the ability to track engineer's data/activities.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Retain and exchange information between multiple warehouses to provide dealers/customers the most accurate information on availabilities, delivery and leat times. Fast link to the ERP is commonly used to maintain material requisition in different types of wareouses - in-house, intra-company, extra-company, vendor-based and vendor-managed inventory.

MULI-LANGUAGE

As CSP is used worldwide, the multi-language module is in high demand. As a start-up the multi-language module offers a selection of basic translations in 6 languages - English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian. More languages can be added or verbiage customized upon customer request.

MULTI-CURRENCY

CSP being 24x7 on-line system is extensively used in different time zones and customers outside the OEMs standard working hours. Supporting multiple currency and exchange rate maintenance is a must for the global market players.
